Joining a committee is a fantastic way to meet neighbors, stay informed, and have a voice in shaping our community. No special experience is needed—just a willingness to contribute!
Community Committees & What They Do
📌 Architectural Control Board (ACB) – Reviews and approves homeowners' unit exterior modifications to ensure they align with community standards and governing documents.
📌 Budget & Finance Committee – Assists in financial planning, budget review, and reserve fund management to help keep the community on track.
📌 Landscaping & Maintenance Committee – Works with management to enhance and maintain landscaping and common areas.
📌 Social & Events Committee – Plans fun community gatherings and events to bring neighbors together.
📌 Security & Safety Committee – Recommends improvements for community security and emergency preparedness.
📌 New Resident Welcome Committee – Helps new homeowners and residents settle in by providing helpful community information and a warm welcome
📌 Community Lighting Committee – Evaluates and suggests improvements for streetlights and common area lighting to keep our community safe and well-lit.
📌 Jacuzzi/Pool/Spa Committee – Assists in maintaining and improving the community’s pool, spa, and jacuzzi areas to ensure a great experience for residents.
📌 Grievance Committee – Reviews homeowner violation fine concerns related to community rules, ensuring fair and impartial resolutions.
