Our committees give residents an opportunity to get involved, share ideas, and help shape the community in a positive way. All committees serve in an advisory capacity and make recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Landscape Aesthetics Committee
This committee focuses on the overall look and feel of our common areas. Members share ideas and make recommendations to the Board regarding aesthetic improvements and non-structural landscape enhancements that help keep our community looking its best.
Seasonal Decorations Committee
This committee brings seasonal spirit to our community. Members collaborate on ideas and make recommendations to the Board regarding decorations in the common areas throughout the year.
Social Committee
The Social Committee helps foster community engagement and enhance quality of life by planning and coordinating social, cultural, and recreational activities for residents. It is a great way to help build connections among neighbors.
Technology Advisory Group
This group provides input and recommendations to the Board, through the Board Lead for Community Projects, regarding technology-related components of Board-approved projects and operational enhancements. This may include access control systems, cameras, Wi-Fi in common areas, communication platforms, and other technology infrastructure that supports the community.
Tennis and Pickleball Courts Committee
This committee advises and assists the Board on matters related to the maintenance, improvement, and use of the tennis and pickleball facilities. Members may review court conditions and suggest repairs, equipment updates, or enhancements that promote safe and enjoyable play.
If you are interested in volunteering for a committee, we would love to hear from you. Please contact the Property Manager or attend the next Board meeting to express your interest and indicate which committee you would like to join. Committee participation is limited to members in good standing with the Association, with assessments current, and is subject to available openings based on the committee’s structure and needs.
