Serving on the Board of Directors comes with important responsibilities. To help board members understand their role and serve the community effectively, Florida law requires newly elected or appointed directors to complete an approved HOA Board Member Education Course.

The course covers topics such as the Association's governing documents, fiduciary responsibilities, financial oversight, board meetings, ethics, records, and compliance with Florida's homeowners' association laws.

Copies of each board member's Certificate of Completion are provided below as part of the Association's commitment to transparency.

Please note: If a board member's certificate is not yet posted, it does not necessarily mean the director is out of compliance with Florida law. The director may have already completed the required education and be waiting to receive the certificate, or the Association may simply be awaiting a copy for posting. 

Florida law generally requires newly elected or appointed directors to complete the required education within 90 days of taking office.
