The Architectural Standards and Design Guidelines for Lot Owners were formally adopted by the Architectural Control Board (ACB) on August 27, 2026.
These Standards provide homeowners with clear guidance regarding exterior improvements, modifications, materials, design requirements, and the architectural approval process.
Homeowners are encouraged to review the Standards before planning or beginning any exterior project and to submit the required architectural application forms for ACB review when approval is required.
The Standards should be read together with the Association’s governing documents and other applicable requirements.
